Coaching Application
Sherwood Parkdale Rangers is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated coaches for the upcoming summer soccer season!
SPRSC has over 700 players on teams from ages 3-18, and we're seeking coaches for the following age groups:
- Under 11
- Under 13
- Under 15
- Under 18
As a coach with SPRSC, you will:
- Plan and lead engaging and effective practices
- Provide guidance and mentorship to young players
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment
- Help players develop their soccer skills and reach their full potential
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have a passion for soccer and player development
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Are committed to creating a fun and inclusive experience for all players
SPRSC offers its coaches:
- A supportive and collaborative coaching community
- Access to coaching resources and equipment
- Financial support for coaching courses

Please note:
All head coaches need to have the following courses completed before the season starts:
- Criminal Record Check (Can be completed through the club)
- Soccer-Specific Coaching Course (one of the following):
- Learn to Train
- Soccer for Life
- C Diploma
- Respect in Sport
- Making Headway
- Rule of Two Workshop
All Assistant coaches are required to have the following:
- Criminal Record Check (Can be completed through the club)
- Respect in Sport
SPRSC will reimburse coaches for the cost of courses and can assist in registering for courses.
